This group is for people who like to exercise based on the planning. You can change the plan only before the first day of the month be sending a message to me.

1. Please read World Rule.

2. Each member must have a monthly lower and upper duration  for each activity.

3. The member can select multiple activities.

Example: Activity, Lower, Upper, and Hours

Running: 5  to 10

Cycling:   6 to 12

Dancing   4 to 8

As long as your monthly exercise is between your lower and upper range, your total duration is the final result otherwise use
the following formula:
Final Result = Your monthly duration * 0.5

The report includes the official members list and is generated Monthly (First day of new month) at 6:00 am Helsinki, Finland time.
